Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated
AutoPeaches is not open yet, and this policy applies from launch. Reports to [email protected] (section 9) already work now, including reports about media shown on our website.
This policy sets the rules for what you may create, upload, publish and send with AutoPeaches. It is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to every member of every workspace. Words with capitals (Workspace, Peach, Output, Connected Platform, Fan) have the meaning given in the Terms.
1. The basic rules
1.1 Use AutoPeaches only for lawful purposes, in line with the law of the countries where you operate and where your content is published.
1.2 You are responsible for everything you upload, generate, publish and send, and for what your team does in your Workspace.
1.3 Follow the rules of every Connected Platform you use (fan subscription platforms, and Instagram where available). Where a platform's rule is stricter than this policy, the stricter rule applies to content sent there.
1.4 Outputs are synthetic. Everything AutoPeaches generates is AI-generated. We may label or watermark Outputs as AI-generated, visibly or invisibly; you must not remove, alter or hide such a mark where the law requires AI-generated content to be marked.
2. Never allowed
2.1 We have zero tolerance for the following. We remove it, close the Workspace, and report it to the competent authorities where the law requires or allows. Apparent child sexual abuse material is preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the Cyprus CyberSafety hotline (1480, cybersafety.cy), which forwards reports to the Cyprus Police:
(a) any sexual, sexualised or suggestive depiction of a minor, or of a character who looks like, is described as, or is role-played as under 18, including through age-ambiguous features, school settings or "petite/young" framing aimed at that effect;
(b) non-consensual intimate imagery: sexual or nude images or videos of a real, identifiable person made or shared without their consent ("deepfakes");
(c) content that depicts or promotes sexual violence, bestiality, incest, or non-consensual acts presented as real;
(d) content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or incites violence or hatred against people for who they are;
(e) content that is illegal where it is created or published, or that helps others commit crimes.
3. Real people and likeness
3.1 No real person's likeness without that person's consent. You must not create a Peach, or generate an Output, that depicts, imitates or could reasonably be taken for a real, identifiable person — their face, body, voice, name or distinctive features — unless that person has given you clear, informed consent for that use.
3.2 This covers reference images you upload and source videos you use for swaps or motion features. Upload only material you own or are licensed to use, and in which every identifiable person has agreed to this use.
3.3 If a Peach is based on you, you are that person and the consent is yours. If it is based on someone else (for example a model you work with), you must have their written consent covering AI generation, our use of the material under the Terms (clause 11, including training and promotional use by us), and the platforms where the content will appear, and you must be able to show it to us on request.
3.4 Public figures are not an exception: no impersonation of celebrities, politicians, creators or other public figures, sexual or otherwise.
3.5 Proof on request. If we ask, you must give us proof of the consent described above and of the age of every real person depicted (that they were at least 18) within five business days. If you do not, we may remove the content concerned.
3.6 Do not present a Peach as a real person in a way that deceives Fans where the law or the platform requires disclosure that content or chat is AI-generated or AI-assisted.
4. Adult content
4.1 Adult (sexual or explicit) content is allowed only:
(a) in the Private studio, the gated area of AutoPeaches for adult content, and never in the public lane, which is for content meant for social media;
(b) when it depicts fictional adults, clearly over 18 in appearance and in every description;
(c) when it is sent only to destinations whose rules allow it (for example a fan subscription platform account where the platform permits such content), and never to Instagram or other platforms that do not; and
(d) when it complies with section 2 and section 3.
4.2 Every member of a Workspace must be 18 or over. Do not share access to adult content with anyone under 18.
4.3 Moving Outputs between the Private studio and the public lane in a way that defeats this separation is not allowed.
4.4 Defeating, or attempting to defeat, any safety check, filter or limit of the Service to obtain adult content outside the Private studio, or content that section 2 forbids, is itself a breach and grounds for immediate closure of the Workspace (section 7.2).
5. Fans and Connected Platforms
5.1 When your Peach talks to Fans, you must not use AutoPeaches to:
(a) harass, threaten, blackmail or shame anyone;
(b) send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to people who have not chosen to interact with you;
(c) mislead Fans about what they are buying, or pressure them with false scarcity, false emergencies or exploitation of an apparent vulnerability (including intoxication, distress, or signs that the Fan may be under 18);
(d) ask Fans for payments outside the platform where the platform forbids it, or for personal data you do not need;
(e) continue a sexual conversation with a Fan who appears to be under 18 — stop, and report it to the platform.
5.2 Use automations (automatic replies, follow-ups, offers) only in ways the platform allows. You remain responsible for every message and offer sent on your instruction, including by an automation you switched on.
5.3 Label AI-generated content and AI-assisted chat wherever the law or the platform requires it.
6. Intellectual property and other rights
6.1 Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights of others, including logos, characters and artworks you are not licensed to use.
6.2 Do not use AutoPeaches to defame anyone.
7. Misusing the Service
7.1 You must not:
(a) try to find out which AI models or providers run an engine, or to reach them other than through AutoPeaches;
(b) bypass or test our safety filters, content gates, credit checks, rate limits or access controls, including by rewording prompts to get refused content through;
(c) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing service;
(d) overload the Service, introduce malware, or access accounts or data that are not yours;
(e) share logins, resell access, or open several accounts or workspaces to obtain credits or features you are not entitled to.
7.2 Circumventing safety measures. Defeating or attempting to defeat any safety check, filter or limit of the Service, or of our providers, for example by disguising files, stripping or forging metadata, or rewording, encoding or splitting prompts, is itself a breach of this policy, whether or not the attempt succeeds, and is grounds for immediate closure of the Workspace and the accounts involved.
8. How we enforce this policy
8.1 We use automated checks and human review to prevent and detect breaches. In plain words: our providers' safety checks can refuse a request at generation time; our content gate keeps adult engines inside the Private studio; images fans send in chat are classified automatically, and those that appear to show a minor or illegal content are blocked; refusals and blocks are logged; and a person reviews every report and every enforcement decision.
8.2 Depending on how serious the breach is, we may: refuse a request; remove or block content; pause automations or outbound sending; restrict features; suspend the Workspace; or close it and the accounts involved. For breaches of section 2 we act immediately and without warning.
8.3 When we restrict or remove your content or account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law or someone's safety prevents it, and how to ask us to review the decision.
8.4 We keep records of enforcement decisions and may share them with authorities and, where needed to stop harm, with the Connected Platform concerned. Apparent child sexual abuse material is preserved as evidence (not deleted with the Workspace) and reported to NCMEC and to the CyberSafety hotline (1480, cybersafety.cy), which forwards reports to the Cyprus Police.
9. Reporting a problem
9.1 Anyone — a customer, a Fan, or a person who believes their likeness or rights are being misused — can report content to [email protected]. Legal notices go to [email protected].
9.2 Please include: what the content is and where you saw it (platform, account, link or screenshot), why you think it breaks this policy or the law, and, for likeness or rights complaints, that you are the person concerned or act for them. You may report anonymously, except where the law requires your identity (for example some copyright notices).
9.3 We confirm receipt, review the report without undue delay, and tell you what we decided. Reports about content and likeness are decided within 7 business days. Reports of section 2 content are handled first.
9.4 If the content is on a Connected Platform, please also report it to that platform: we can stop our Service from producing or sending it, but only the platform can remove what is already published there.
9.5 Under the EU Digital Services Act, [email protected] is our point of contact for authorities and [email protected] our point of contact for users; we communicate in English.
10. Reviews and appeals
10.1 If you think we got a decision wrong, reply to our notice or write to [email protected] within six months. A person who was not involved in the original decision will review it and we will tell you the outcome.
11. Changes
11.1 We update this policy as the Service, the law and platform rules change. The date at the top shows the version.
